Project Sponsor		Owner and employee.
Business Need		This project has been initiated to increase sales by creating the capability of selling food to customers through dine-in, takeaway, or delivery using our website.
Business Requirements		Using the web, customers will be able to see the menu and order food. The specific functionality that the system should have includes the following: ·       Search food name with search bar ·       See the menu ·       Order food ·       Choose order option: dine-in, takeaway, or delivery ·       Choose payment option: cash or credit
Business Value		We expect that Warung Tegal will increase sales by enabling curstomers to order food directly (dine-in and takeaway) or indirectly (delivery). We expect to gain some increase in food selling from delivery option. Conservative estimates of tangible value to the company include the following: ·       Rp.15.000.000,00 from food selling ·       Rp.4.000.000,00 from delivery
Special Issues or Constraints		·       Many other company has done this strategy. ·       Many of our current loyal customers are not familiar with technology and website.
